Order Processing
Orders may require 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
Orders are not processed on weekend days. American Avionics does not guarantee same day shipping.
Due to certain sales restrictions, American Avionics reserves the right to decline any order.
International Orders
In an effort to prevent fraud, our credit card processing requirements
are very stringent. Orders placed with Credit cards issued by banks
that do not provide address verification service may be rejected.

Pricing and typographical errors
Although we try to continually update our pricing to keep up with market fluctuations,
changes and errors can occur without notice. American Avionics will not be held
responsible for typographical errors or manufacturer price changes.
Orders containing typographical errors will be canceled and refunded if
payment was received.
Upon receipt of your order
Please inspect your shipment for completeness, proper part numbers, and operation.
Warranty information
American Avionics will replace or repair out of box failures within 14 days of receipt.
After 14 days or if your product is placed into service, it is covered by the manufacturers warranty and all claims need to be directed to the manufacturer.
Normal Returns
If you need to return an item:
Call American Avionics within 14 days for return approval.
Include a copy of your invoice stating the reason for your return along with the UNUSED item.
Be sure to return all packaging material , literature, instructions, etc. Everything that was sent to you with your order!
Items returned for credit will typically incur a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
If your products are damaged during shipment, you MUST save all packaging material for inspection by the freight company. Then:
Contact the freight company and tell them you received damaged goods.
Contact American Avionics after the freight company inspection. If you return your damaged items without contacting the freight company, YOU WILL VOID the insurance coverage and American Avionics will not accept the returned items. DO NOT fill out the warranty forms. |
